Once you've attended a New Joiners Day, you can now train with us. Ishigaki is a non-profit organisation. We don't get paid for teaching or running the club. We all do it voluntarily.
However, venue hire in Central London does not come cheap, so there are costs involved. These also cover class materials, training for teachers, insurances, and other day to day running costs.
After your initial free class, you can train in 3 more classes. These classes are £12 each. After these you must join the club as a member (this is necessary for insurance purposes).
The two sections below explain the process & options for paying an annual membership and then class fees. You don't need to do any of this until you've attended a class first.
To join the club there is a yearly membership fee (£30). This covers insurance and admin. You must do this after attending 3 classes.

These fees cover venue hire. Most members choose to pay monthly to cover these. However you can pay per class if you wish. We have a number of tiered options for paying for classes.
Standard Rate - £60 per month
Most members use this rate. This is our London breakeven rate which allows us to cover the costs of venue hire, insurance and coaching qualifications. If you can afford to, please use this rate.
Open Concession Rate One - £30 per month
This is our concession rate for members who would otherwise not be able to participate paying the Standard Rate.
This is also our Brighton breakeven rate. Brighton students who can afford to, please use this rate.
Open Concession Rate Two - £20 per month
This is our concession rate for members who would otherwise not be able to participate paying the Standard Rate.
Bursary - Free
If you don’t have the cash right now, don’t worry; we have a limited number of bursaries, you are still welcome to train with us.
Note: Bursaries are limited in number and subject to external fund therefore can be withdrawn.
Pay Per Class - £12 per class
